About the Job

As a Solutions Architect within Dirox Insights, you are not just a system designer; you are a "Pathfinder". You will draw the blueprints that transform our clients' "Aspirations" into scalable, real-world "Peaks".

Your Mission

‍

- Strategic Roadmap: Step to the frontlines to identify business pain points and inefficiencies even before the client fully envisions a technical solution or project.

- Breakthrough System Design: Architect cross-platform solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals, high performance, elasticity, and scalability to serve millions of users.

- Bridging the Gap: Act as the ultimate bridge between the client's strategic business goals and the high-velocity development of Dirox Studio.

- Guardian of the Shield: Ensure every architecture is built to deliver "Peace of Mind", proposing robust infrastructure solutions and tightly integrating SecDevOps in large-scale projects.

- Lead & Inspire: Lead and mentor Tech Leads and developers, ensuring their skills remain world-class while nurturing a culture of deep empathy and understanding.

Your Skills

‍

Must Have

‍

To lead this expedition, you need the solid expertise of a seasoned mountaineer:

- Guiding Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Solution/Software Architect. A Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

- Deep Systems Thinking: Excellent problem-solving skills with a profound understanding of systems across all layers. Proficiency in OOP, Design Patterns, algorithms, and data structures.

- Tech Expert: Expert in one or more programming languages (Java, Go, C/C++/C#, TypeScript, Python...) and deep knowledge of modern frameworks (NestJS, Django, Spring, .NET Core, React...).

- Ecosystem Mastery: Experience with distributed storage and messaging systems (RabbitMQ, Kafka...), Microservices architecture, and ETL processes. Strong foundation in both SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB...).

- Cloud-Native Mastery: Experience defining architectures for cloud-deployed applications (AWS preferred) and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Fluent Communication: Fluent English communication is mandatory, empowering you to confidently collaborate, negotiate, and design solutions with global partners.

- Bonus: Good understanding of Blockchain platforms, Smart Contracts, and P2P networks.
