Your Mission

‍

- Verify supplier invoices and supporting documents for compliance with tax regulations and company policies.

- Review customer invoices for accuracy before issuance.

- Manage accounts receivable, including client follow-up and cash collection.

- Process expense claims, secure approvals, and execute online payments.

- Liaise with external auditors and outsourced accounting partners.

- Review supplier contracts and coordinate with internal departments on accounting operations.

- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Finance Director.

Your Skills

‍

- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance. 

- At least 02 years of relevant experience - Fluent Reading and Writing in English.

- Experienced in using MISA AMIS accounting systems is an advantage.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

- Required to have exceptional attention to detail, good analytical skills, and a good communicator.

- Careful and honest, mind set of customer service, well-support to other departments.
