About the Job

Join us as a Senior Full-Stack Developer to build next-generation applications. You will operate across the entire stack, delivering comprehensive solutions from database to user interface.

Your Mission

‍

- End-to-End Delivery: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (PM, BA, UX, R&D) to turn concepts into fast, reliable production code.

- Technical Versatility: Seamlessly switch between frontend, backend, and mobile technologies to meet project needs.

- Optimization: Proactively identify and eliminate scalability issues and performance bottlenecks across the stack.

- Leadership: Coach junior teammates, foster a culture of learning , and assist in technical recruitment.

- Best Practices: enforce high standards in coding, structure, and engineering processes.

Your Skills

‍

Must Have

‍

- Experience: 5+ years of professional development experience.

- Backend: Strong expertise in Java and RESTful APIs.

- Frontend: Advanced proficiency in Angular and/or React.

- Database: Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, MariaDB, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).

- Architecture: Solid understanding of Microservices , OOP, SOLID, and Design Patterns.

- Process & Tools:

• Strong knowledge of Deployment, CI/CD, and Pipelines.
• Proficient in Version Control systems and Unit Testing (BDD, TDD).
• Experience with Authentication (OAuth2, OpenID, JWT).

- AI Adoption: Ability to apply AI tools to enhance workflow and quality.

- DevOps: Familiarity with Cloud or On-premise infrastructure.

- Project Mindset: Ability to think holistically about the software context, not just isolated tasks.
