About the Job

As a Technical PM at Dirox, you are not just a "task tracker"—you are the Expedition Leader. You lead our clients and internal teams through complex digital terrains to reach the "Summit" (Business Goals). You are the one who ensures the climb is steady, the team is synchronized, and the client reaches their destination with total Peace of Mind.

Your Mission

‍

- Lead the Ascent: Take full ownership of the project lifecycle from Discovery to Launch. You don't just follow a plan; you navigate the path, ensuring the "Studio" (Engineering), "Insights" (Consulting), and "Care" (Operations) work in perfect harmony.

- Guardian of Peace of Mind: Predict "Avalanches" (Risks) before they happen. You provide the visibility and stability that allow clients to trust the journey, even when the terrain gets tough.

- Strategic Navigator: You are a consultant, not just an executor. You advise clients on the best "Route" (Methodology/Scope) to maximize their ROI and speed-to-market.

- Velocity Master: Using Agile and AI-powered tools, you optimize the team’s pace. You ensure we are "Climbing Light" (Efficiently) without sacrificing quality or security.‍

- Sherpa Mentorship: Level up the tribe. You mentor Junior PMs and BAs, fostering a culture of accountability, proactivity, and "Deep Understanding."

Must Have

‍

To lead this expedition, you need more than just a certification; you need the wisdom of a seasoned climber:

- 3+ Years of Navigation: Proven experience leading complex software development projects (Web, Mobile, Cloud) for global clients.

- Agile Mastery: Expert-level knowledge of Scrum/Kanban. You know how to pivot when the "weather" changes without losing momentum.

- Fluent Communication: Professional proficiency in both English and French is mandatory. You can confidently communicate, negotiate, influence, and build strong relationships with international clients and stakeholders across multicultural environments. 

- Risk Management: A sharp eye for bottlenecks. You manage budgets, timelines, and resources with surgical precision.

- Modern Tools: Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and a passion for using AI tools to automate reporting and documentation.

- AI Fluency: Familiar with using AI tools in daily work and having a good understanding of how AI can be leveraged in projects to improve productivity, efficiency, collaboration, and delivery quality.
