Your Mission

‍

Account Receivables

- Issue and send out invoices. Follow up on collection of receivables, monitor customer account details for payment, delayed payment and send the reminders on overdue bills

- Prepare and reconcile tax invoices with the billing system and accounting book.

- Prepare the weekly receivable report.

- Record all transactions in the accounting software

General Ledger‍

- Check all the supplier invoices and supporting documents respectively to ensure they comply with Tax regulations and company policies.

- Reconcile all the balance sheet accounts to make sure they are recorded properly.

- Check all the costs/ expenses to make sure they are recorded at the time of occurrence.

- Prepare VAT, WHT reports and submit them according to the timeline

- Work with external auditor, bank and third-party.

- Review supplier contracts and co-ordinate with other departments relating accounting operation.

- Handle full set of accounts (AR, AP, GL, FA) and other ad-hoc assigned by line manager.

Your Skills

‍

- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance.

- At least 3 years experience in this position- Fluent in English.

- Experienced in using AMIS accounting systems is an advantage.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

- Required to have exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a good communicator.

- Careful and honest, mindset of customer service, well-support to other departments.
