Dirox Announces New Group CEO: Olivier Hertu

Dirox is pleased to announce the appointment of Olivier Hertu as the new Group CEO, effective August 1, 2024. Olivier Hertu brings a wealth of experience and a visionary approach to the role, having led the Vietnam branch of Dirox since 2021.

Olivier Hertu's qualifications are complemented by his extensive background in business management and digital transformation. Engineer in applied mathematics from IMAG and Ensimag, his career spans over three decades, with notable leadership positions in renowned multinational companies (Loxam,Wynne Systems, Safran, Matis, Akka and SCC Group)where he successfully implemented strategic initiatives and fostered innovation.

During his tenure as CEO Vietnam, Olivier demonstrated exceptional dedication and strategic acumen, driving significant improvements and achievements for Dirox. Under his guidance, the Vietnam branch experienced remarkable growth, with key accomplishments including:

• Streamlining processes and organizational structure to enhance client services.
• Implementing well-being policies to boost team spirit and workplace satisfaction.
• Launching ambitious internal R&D projects to elevate expertise.
• Advancing digital tools for strategic visibility and daily efficiency.
