We recently celebrated our unity, connections, and achievements at our 2023 Dirox Retreat & 20th Anniversary.

It is easy to ignore the importance of feeling recognized and appreciated as an employee in today's fast-paced and demanding work situations. We spend a large amount of our lives working as professionals, therefore it is critical to foster a working environment that appreciates the value that each team member brings to the table. We find support, inspiration, and a sense of belonging on the job through these important connections. It is crucial for facilitating your team to come together!

From the 21st to the 23rd of July, Dirox Team gathered for a company retreat in the picturesque beach city of Danang. Let's take a moment to reminisce on this unforgettable journey that brought us all together for a fun, creative, and emotional weekend.

Socializing with Other Inspiring Minds

We included lots of free time throughout the retreat so that team members could rest and recharge, participate in invigorating mindfulness activities, play thrilling team-building games, and enjoy the gorgeous scenery. These experiences fueled our company culture and forged stronger bonds.

The most enjoyable aspect of the retreat was getting to know the Dirox staff in person. Every one of us has a story of our own to share and we perform better when we understand our colleagues well.

Stimulating Minds with Interactive Workshops

Our team also took part in workshop sessions aimed at helping us grow as a team and better grasp our company's aims. We had a fantastic time together during the "Communicating Confidently" and "Making Dirox a Great Place to Work" courses, where participants were motivated to voice their thoughts and insights as to how we can grow as a union. Members of different teams had the opportunity to discuss and discover one another's work styles and strengths.

Exploring the beautiful Danang

Attendees enjoyed local delicacies and journeyed to some of the most popular landmarks, such as Ngu Hanh Son, Dragon Bridge, Danang Night Bus Tour, and so on. It was heartwarming to see Danang embracing us in its warmth as we grew closer as a team.

Celebrating Each Member & Dirox’s 20-year journey

At our 20th Anniversary Gala Dinner, our leaders gave speeches looking back on how far we have come and all the amazing things the Dirox Team has accomplished together. We also presented our Annual Client Awards celebrating the partners that contributed immensely to Dirox’s growth. Annual Staff Awards and Prizes were given to recipients who embodied the humanity, determination, courage, and bonds of Dirox. The Gala went on in excitement as quiz games and recitals of music heated up the air.

At the end of the night, everyone penned down their hopes and aspirations for Dirox's forthcoming journey and sealed them in a time capsule, the key to which would be brought back to Canada by the Group CEO - Vincent Capa. It was a night filled with waves of laughter, amazing food, and wonderful people.

Dirox Retreat 2023 & 20th Anniversary was an extraordinary success that commemorated the talent, passion, and perseverance of our company and its people.
